About Us: Boys Lacrosse

At Cav Lax Elite Boys, we’re not just building better lacrosse players—we’re building smarter, tougher, more confident young men on and off the field. Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, our program is designed to develop  athletes through top-tier coaching, skill development, gameplay, and a strong team culture.

Our boys' program is led by former collegiate players and coaches who bring years of experience, a love for the game, and a commitment to teaching it the right way. From fundamentals to advanced game strategy, we challenge our players to elevate their lacrosse IQ, sharpen their skills, and compete with intensity and respect.

His coaching experience includes serving as Head Coach at Western Albemarle High School, where he led the Warriors to a state championship, as well as Assistant Coach at both Columbine High School and Charlottesville High School. He currently serves as the Head Coach of our 2034 club team, where he is dedicated to helping players reach their potential while building young men of strong character.

Known for consistently going above and beyond for his players, Coach Duffy is committed to inspiring a love for the game while helping athletes grow into confident leaders. He cares deeply about strengthening the lacrosse community throughout the Charlottesville area and creating opportunities for the next generation of players to thrive.
