Current Training Opportunities

Our club and recreational programs for boys in kindergarten through 11th grade, offer a fun, high-energy environment where young athletes can sharpen their skills, build confidence, and learn the game of lacrosse the Cav Lax Elite way.

2026 - 2027 Program offerings


For the 2026 - 2027 lacrosse year, we will continue to offer both club teams and recreational programs. Our goal is to support advanced players through high-level coaching and competition on our club teams, while also providing a recreational program focused on skill development with a lower time commitment.

  • Club Teams (Travel): For rising 3rd–11th graders (tryout required)

  • Recreational Programs: For rising kindergarten–8th graders (no tryout required)


Club Team information


Required Seasons: Fall & Summer

  • 1–2 practices per week
  • Tournaments and local playdays


Optional Seasons: Winter & Spring

  • Additional training and development opportunities


Fall Club Season:
